SHIPPING

FREE Standard Shipping with all Australian orders over $100
Shipping rates apply for orders below below $100

All orders delivered via AusPost will receive full tracking and confirmation on dispatch from our QLD Warehouse.

Our team works hard to ensure same-day dispatch during business days (excludes any QLD public holidays) for all orders placed before 1pm AEST.

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE
You can expect to *immediately* receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order. This is a great opportunity for you to review your order, including size, colour and delivery address.

Didn't receive anything?? Pretty please check your spam/junk folders as they have a tendency to fly there (annoying as mosquitos, we know!)

If you have any last minute changes, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to make these changes for you prior to it being processed by out lovely warehouse team, but please note that we can only make changes to your order if it hasn’t left our warehouse yet.

As your order progresses, you will receive updated communication with tracking details.

REFUND POLICY

Our Policy
Something not quite right?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase that's ok, you can return your item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days from when your order was placed, providing the below conditions are met:

• Item must be returned in original condition, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed.
• Item must be in their original packaging, with tags attached.
• Items not returned in these conditions will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

REFUNDS:
Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund.

EXCHANGE:
Our team will dispatch your exchange within a matter of days of receiving and inspecting the returning items. You will also receive an email notification with new tracking details once your exchange is on its way.

SALE ITEMS:
Items purchased during a flash sale or promotion event are only eligible for store credit. Items marked "final sale- no returns or exhanges" cannot be returned.

STORE CREDIT:
Our team will process your store credit within a matter of days of receiving and inspecting the returning Items. Once processed, you will recieve an email notification of the store credit and vaild code.

FAULTY ITEMS:
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact support@iheartpeek-a-boo.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.


REMINDER:
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. I heart peek-a-boo is not responsible for the cost of exchange, return, or store credit postage.

I HEART PEEK-A-BOO REFUND POLICY
Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for an exchange, refund, or store credit. The customer can return their online purchase by post at their expense.
Refunds can only be refunded back onto the customer’s credit card. We cannot do cash refunds regardless of the original payment method.
